Since you mentioned that you really do read every single comment here-I just wanted you to know that once upon a time, I aspired to be a screenwriter and put those dreams aside when my first child was born. I have a question and I wasn't quite sure where else to ask it so I came here!!! Okay here it goes. How exactly did the "setting" of Grey's Anatomy get set in Seattle? I mean honestly because I live in WA and don't get me wrong or anything I LOVE Seattle and their ferry boats but, I just couldn't make the connection myself. Thanks Shonda! It gave us a little something we greatly needed. I hate the summer and I hate we have to wait till fall to see the new season..lol. BTW, ABC has it that the new season premieres on Thursday, September 21 @ 9/8c.

Thank you so much for more FAQs. I do have a question, though, what sound stage and in what studio is the show shot? And is it at all possible to get a studio tour of it? I've been on other studio tours and seen other sets (like ER, West Wing, and Gilmore Girls at Warner Bros in LA). I was just wondering if it was possible to see the set of my most favourite show in the entire world :).

Hey those are AWESOME! And I know where to get Izzie's prom dress! I spent AGNOZING hours tracking it down.

Just kidding. I was reading TV Guide, and they have that As Seen On page, and it said it was a custom made Amsale dress. So, I went on the site (www.amsale.com) and looked through the dresses and I found it.

I suppose you guys had it dyed that gorgeous color though.

But still, thought I'd be helpful and post it here, since I figured you'd read it. :]

Shonda, I'm glad your FAQ spoke about the show timeline. I was a little disappointed that the internship seemed to be lasting more than a year and that our characters skipped Step 3 boards (so much of a physician's life--esp young physicians--is ruled by big tests, I would hate for our characters to miss out on that). I guess in season 3/4 (when the interns become residents) we get to see what speciality (or general) of surgery they pick. It sounds exciting.

OMG YAY! I am so excited there will be a soundtrack for season 2. The music is one of the strengths of this show, as well as one of the things that make it unique. I've been hoping you all would do that! :)
