We are mother and daughter and have to say, we are serious fans of the show. Seriously. Sunday night "Grey's Anatomy" watching is the highlight of our entire week, and that's saying something, because we are happening people! Just to express how much we love the show, we taped EIGHT HOURS of TV on Super Bowl Sunday on two different VCRs… and let's just say we could care less about football. We had to be sure to get "Grey's Anatomy" on tape!! We've seen every single episode more than once and are eagerly awaiting the DVD… this awesome show has brought us even closer together. (And by the way, "It's the End of the World" was brilliant! We can't wait for another emotional roller coaster ride next week!)

Ever since the first episode we've been hooked. We started out with our own agendas - Kath was watching for the medical aspect and the relationships, Amy for the writing and the music - but we have since come to appreciate the show as a whole, because it is most definitely more than the sum of its parts. We think the acting is spectacular (the casting is PERFECT - give all the actors a round of applause), the music is sensational (we love the song titles for the titles of the episodes), and most of all, the writing is superb. Amy wants to be a writer, and you have been a huge inspiration! We love how everything fits together and love your attention to detail - we enjoy overanalyzing everything on the show!

Thank you SO MUCH for writing engaging dialogue and an intelligent, funny, dramatic, captivating story, and for creating this masterpiece in the first place. We trust you to take the storyline anywhere and know it will be magical because you will make it work. Shonda, you are a lovely and gifted individual and have found your calling. To all the other writers on the team - keep up the excellent work! Also, keep up the Writer's Blog, because we love getting into your heads as much as possible! You are all such a blessing!

You know what would rock the world even more than an unexploded homemade bazooka shell in a patient?

Burke needs to screw up. And he needs to screw up huge. Don't get me wrong, I love Burke. He's one of my favourite characters, but if he had four more infallibility points there would be magi coming from the east to bring him gold, frankinsence and myrrh.

I further think it would be sweet poetic justic if Yang saved his self-righteous butt.

I LOVED last week's episode! I think it is one of the best one-hour shows in television that I've ever seen. I laughed out loud, I teared up, I was on the edge of my seat... absolutely amazing. This is just awesome! I came back to see who the artist was from the song on Sunday's episode (that I read about here that benefit's a charity if we download it from itunes) and found TWO new updates! I can't tell you how cool that is. Luckily I saw the entire show on Sunday, but I am gonna watch it again on Thursday too! I can't wait! My birthday is coming up. The big 3-0. And the one thing I asked for is the first season of GA on DVD! I cannot wait to get it and to be able to watch the episode where Meredith says my favorite line... "pick me, choose me, love me!" I never usually comment on things like this because, let's face it, what are the chances someone is really going to read it. Someone who it is intended for. I am impressed, truly, with this blog and the writers of GA. Reading the writer's blog is something I look forward to doing. It's like a post-game show, but for GA!

So glad we get to see this episode again! Grey's Anatomy is the BEST show. I hope Meredith finds some happiness this season. Maybe Dr. McDreamy will save Dr. Burke's arrogant behind since he has an attitude toward Dr. McDreamy. I am looking forward to seeing the show again on Thursday night and to Sunday night.
